How it works

Set up your shop
Choose your shop name and web address, add your logo, a wide banner, a short story about your business, and your contact details.

Add your products and photos
Give each product a clear name, category, price and stock quantity. Upload a main photo and up to seven extra photos.

Enter details and options
Write a short and a full description, then list the sizes, colours, dimensions, weight and packaging that apply.

Preview your listings
See exactly how your product card will look to buyers before you send anything for review.

Publish when approved
Submit for review. Zaco Pro checks your shop and each product; approved products appear in the marketplace and sell through the normal checkout.

Make your shop attractive
- Product photos
- Square, 1200 × 1200 px (minimum 800 × 800)
- Shop logo
- Square, 500 × 500 px
- Shop banner
- Wide, 1600 × 500 px — keep key details in the centre
- File types
- JPG, PNG or WEBP
- Size limit
- 5 MB per image
- • Use daylight or a bright lamp and a plain, light background.
- • Centre the product and fill most of the photo.
- • Add close-ups of labels, texture and the product in use.
- • Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.

Before your shop goes live
- Zaco Pro reviews your seller account. You'll see its status in My Shop, with a note if anything is needed.
- Some shops need an active seller subscription. Plans and their status are shown in My Shop.
- Each product is reviewed before it appears. Editing a live product sends it back for review.
- Products are sold only in countries approved for your shop, in that country's own currency.
